In my many years behind the wheel I have learned that nothing reassures parents more than a seat that is already correctly fitted when they step into the arrivals hall. Parents arriving with a toddler via Munich or Vienna are tired after a long flight. When I am waiting with a name sign and the seat is fully secured with Isofix, I can see the tension leave their faces at once. That moment is what matters to me.
