Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all contracts between VPC Premium Transfer & Tours Salzburg and clients for passenger-transport services. Deviating agreements must be in writing.

2. Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded with our written confirmation of your booking. The confirmation states pickup time, address, vehicle class, total price and VAT.

3. Prices & payment

All prices include all applicable taxes. Payable online (Stripe, PayPal), by EC-card in the vehicle or in euros cash. For business clients: net 14-day invoice. Night surcharge 22:00–06:00 +15%.

4. Cancellation

Up to 24 h before pickup free. Up to 12 h 50% cancellation fee. Up to 4 h 80%. After that 100%. On flight cancellation we refund 80% regardless of timing. Cancellation in writing by email or WhatsApp.

5. Punctuality & waiting

We commit to punctual arrival. At airport arrival 90 min free waiting after scheduled landing, then €0.50/min. At Hauptbahnhof 60 min free. At city pickups 15 min.

6. Liability

We are liable up to €15,000/person for personal injury and €3,000/person for luggage loss under our insurance terms. Higher coverage available for an additional fee. No liability for force majeure.

7. Privacy

Our privacy policy at /legal/datenschutz applies.

8. Applicable law & jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, with the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods excluded. Jurisdiction is Salzburg.
