Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These T&Cs apply to all contracts between VPC Premium Transfer & Tours Salzburg and clients for passenger-transport services. Deviating agreements must be in writing.

2. Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded with our written confirmation of your booking. The confirmation states pickup time, address, vehicle class, total price and VAT.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes. The flat rate is shown before booking and confirmed in writing. Payable online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, VPay) through our payment provider myPOS, in cash in euros with the chauffeur, or – for business clients by arrangement – against an invoice at 14 days net. On your statement the charge appears as VPC LIMOUSINENSERVICE.

4. Cancellation

Up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time you may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund. For a cancellation within the last 24 hours before pickup we retain 50% of the fare and refund the remaining 50%. If your flight is cancelled by the airline we refund 80% regardless of timing. Please cancel in writing by email to office@premiumtransfer.net or by WhatsApp, quoting your booking reference.

5. Refunds

A refund is always issued to the same payment method used for the original payment. Card payments are refunded to the card via myPOS; cash payments are refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate. We process refunds within three business days of receiving your cancellation. Depending on your card issuer, a further five to ten business days usually pass before the credit appears on your statement – that part is outside our control. To request a refund, email office@premiumtransfer.net or send a WhatsApp message quoting your booking reference.

6. Punctuality & waiting

We commit to punctual arrival. At airport arrival 90 min free waiting after scheduled landing, then €0.50/min. At Hauptbahnhof 60 min free. At city pickups 15 min.

7. Liability

We are liable up to €15,000/person for personal injury and €3,000/person for luggage loss under our insurance terms. Higher coverage available for an additional fee. No liability for force majeure.

8. Privacy

Our privacy policy at /legal/datenschutz applies.

9. Applicable law & jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, with the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods excluded. Jurisdiction is Salzburg.
