This privacy policy explains what personal data we process, for what purposes and on what legal basis.

Data processed

Booking data: name, email, phone, pickup/drop-off address, date, time, passenger count, luggage.
Flight number (optional) for live flight tracking via AviationStack/FlightAware.
Payment data: processed via Stripe/PayPal, not stored by us.
Communication data: emails, WhatsApp messages, call logs.
Website technical data: IP, browser, timestamp (security and analytics).

Legal basis

GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract performance), Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation – e.g. retention duties), Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest: IT security, fraud prevention).

Retention

Booking data 7 years (statutory retention), flight tracking data 30 days after ride, marketing data until objection, website logs 14 days.

Recipients

Stripe (payments, EU), PayPal (payments, EU/US with SCCs), AviationStack (flight tracking, EU), Resend (email delivery, EU), Vercel (hosting, EU). Transfers to third countries occur only on the basis of SCCs or adequacy decisions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Complaints to the Austrian DPA (dsb.gv.at).
