Private Chauffeur · Hourly & Daily

One car, one driver, an entire day shaped around you.

When the day's brief reads "several stops", an hourly chauffeur is the only sensible option. We wait between meetings, stop at school drop-offs, head to the evening performance and bring you back at 23:30 – without you having to rebook each leg.

Who books an hourly chauffeur

Six typical occasions – and why hourly hire beats three separate transfers.

First: business days in Salzburg. Meetings at the Sheraton (09:00), city centre (11:30), lunch at Restaurant Esszimmer (13:00), site visit in Anif (15:30), dinner at Schlossberg (19:00) and airport return (21:30). Six separate transfers would cost €380 and be logistically awkward. A 10-hour E-Class day costs €820 and is seamless.

Second: wedding weekends. Bridal car, guest shuttles church-to-castle, family runs, the bride-and-groom's final ride. We bundle the lot into a 12-hour V-Class booking for €1,280, including a champagne pack.

Third: family days across the Alps. Morning fortress in Salzburg, lunch on Lake Wolfgang, afternoon ice cream in St. Gilgen, evening at the Schwarzbach waterfall, then hotel. Eight hours of V-Class at €960 including child seats, water, blankets.

Fourth, fifth and sixth: business receptions with clients, theatre evenings during the festival, international conferences with a roadshow flavour. Each of these needs a chauffeur who doesn't just drive but waits, adapts, and – when needed – disappears.

Chauffeur training lead

When we train new chauffeurs for hourly service, the driving exam is the easy part. Harder is "logistical sensitivity": when can the chauffeur open a tablet, when must the car be ready to roll, when may small talk start, when must he stay silent.

One of our textbook examples: a guest has an 11:00 meeting at Hotel Sacher and a 13:00 lunch at Restaurant Bärenwirt. At 12:18 the assistant calls: "25-minute delay, let's meet at the Sacher Café instead." The good chauffeur already had that 25-minute buffer baked in, without being told. He knows the Sacher Café is 4 minutes from Bärenwirt and has already reserved the loading zone. Guest steps in, the switch is seamless.

This kind of service rests on two things: local knowledge (you can't drop a Munich chauffeur into Salzburg hourly service) and psychological observation (read what the guest needs without having to ask). We test both during a 6-week course and a 3-month shadow-driver phase.
