Conference and roadshow logistics. When a 6–8-person investor roadshow team moves between Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, the Business Van class is the right format: Mercedes interior, three seat rows with good legroom, USB-C at every seat, quiet engine for phone calls in transit. On request, we organise a convoy of 2–4 Business Vans for larger teams.
Ski charter with VIP expectations. A wealth-manager's client group travelling to its annual ski trip in Lech or Kitzbühel – ski bags, boots, day packs plus an expected vehicle quality that matches the wealth-manager's brand. The Vito is fitted with ski racks; the chauffeur wears shirt and cardigan instead of a suit – premium without overdone stiffness.
Family weddings and milestone birthdays. When the couple takes the E-Class to the ceremony and the parents, siblings and witnesses follow in a second car, the Business Van is the right companion. Eight people from the immediate family fit comfortably into a Vito – parents have the second row to themselves, younger siblings sit at the back.

The Luxury Van (Mercedes V-Class) has rotating lounge seats in the second row (conference layout), a fold-out desk in the rear, tinted glass and a separately climate-controlled rear cabin. The Business Van (Vito) has fixed seat rows in normal layout, is more robust for ski charters and conference logistics. Vito = function, V-Class = representation.
Can the Vito form a convoy for 14+ people?+
Yes. We coordinate 2–4 Business Vans simultaneously, with synchronised pickup time and shared routing. For convoy bookings of more than 3 vehicles, an on-site coordinator can be provided on request.
Which toll roads are included?+
Included in the flat rate: Austrian motorway vignette, all toll sections on the A1 (Salzburg–Vienna) and A10 (Salzburg–Villach), Felbertauern Tunnel toll, Tauern Tunnel toll. On Munich routes, the German toll and vignette are also included.
When should I switch to Luxury Van?+
For first-family weddings, for VIP tours to Hallstatt with photo stops, on longer routes (3+ hours) with high comfort needs, or when the second seat row should function as a conference area (rotating seats, fold-out desk).
