Questions partners ask
What does the partnership cost?+
Nothing. There is no joining fee and no minimum volume. We agree terms that suit your volume, and you only pay for transfers actually driven.
How quickly will we hear back?+
We normally reply to enquiries from this form within 24 hours. Once we work together we are reachable around the clock, because arrivals rarely respect office hours.
Can our guests book themselves?+
Yes. On request you get your own booking link so guests can reserve directly. Billing still runs through your account if that is what you prefer.
How does invoicing work?+
We collect all rides in a calendar month and issue one invoice with VAT itemised. On request with cost centres, room numbers or your own internal reference per ride.
Do you take short-notice requests?+
Yes, that is daily business. If a guest suddenly needs the airport or a group leaves early, we always try to find a solution. The earlier we know, the firmer the confirmation.
Which routes do you cover?+
Salzburg and the surrounding region, every airport nearby (Salzburg, Munich, Vienna, Linz, Innsbruck), all ski resorts, plus long-distance runs to Slovenia and Italy.
