Senior executives travelling alone or as a pair, with briefcase and carry-on, from a four- or five-star hotel to Munich, Vienna or Salzburg airport. Business Class is the default tier here – the E-Class signals "professional" without being ostentatious. If a VW Passat or Arteon is used (for example, on NDA travel where the Mercedes star is deliberately avoided), we let you know at least 12 hours before pickup.
Hotel concierge bookings. When Hotel Sacher, Bristol or Goldener Hirsch arranges a guest transfer, Business Class is the default choice. The chauffeur wears suit and tie, knows lobby etiquette (no honking in the courtyard, quiet greeting at the car, automatic luggage handling), and is part of the seamless hotel experience.
Wedding and event logistics. For the individual rides of the bride, groom and witnesses on the wedding day, the E-Class is the elegant choice. For larger wedding parties, we add the Luxury Van (Mercedes V-Class) for parents and guests.

Airport transfers for business travellers. On the MUC route (around 150 km, approximately 105 minutes), the E-Class offers the ideal mix of travel time and work efficiency – the cabin is quiet enough for calls, the seat comfort holds without stress for 105 minutes. We track your flight automatically and adjust pickup for delays.
Hourly charter for investor days and roadshows. €55 per hour, 3-hour minimum. We recommend Business Class for 1–2 guests; for 3+ investor travellers with IR materials on board, the Business Van (Mercedes Vito) is more efficient.
Hotel transfer in Salzburg city. For routes ≤ 8 km within Salzburg, our city flat rate of €50 (Business Class) applies – from airport to hotel, hotel to festival evening, restaurant to bar. We coordinate the whole evening's logistics in a single booking.
Cross-border business between Salzburg and Munich or Vienna. If you'd rather not deal with German toll stickers or the Austrian motorway vignette, Business Class is the easy choice – both tolls and vignette are included in the flat rate.

We guarantee the Business class, not the exact model. In about 80% of cases it's a Mercedes E-Class, in 20% a Volkswagen Passat or Arteon. Both models are at the same comfort tier with the same equipment. If the exact model matters to you (for example, a wedding), please flag it at booking – we'll reserve the requested model subject to availability.
What distinguishes Business from Luxury Class?+
The Luxury Class (Mercedes S-Class) has a long wheelbase for more legroom, tinted glass, massage seats as standard, and more sound insulation. It costs 30–50% more and targets executive-first-class travellers. Business Class covers 90% of business travel needs at a better value.
Can I add flight number and Meet & Greet?+
Yes. At booking, you provide your flight number – we track the flight automatically and adjust pickup for delays, free up to 90 minutes after scheduled landing. Lounge Meet & Greet is €45, Gate Meet & Greet €80 – both optional and confirmed in writing.
When should I switch to Business Van?+
When you're carrying 3 or more travellers with briefcases plus mid-size luggage, or when you need conference materials on board (printed matter, banners). The Business Van (Mercedes Vito) offers the same premium standard with 8 seats and more cargo.
