How do I book and what happens if?

How far in advance must I book?+

Same-day: usually possible. 48 h: recommended for multilingual chauffeurs. 7 days: standard. 8 weeks: Festival and Hahnenkamm weeks.

When can I cancel free of charge?+

Up to 24 h before pickup free. Up to 12 h, 50%. Up to 4 h, 80%. After that 100%. On flight cancellation 80% refund regardless of timing.

When do I get a confirmation?+

A confirmation email arrives within 30 min of booking. Chauffeur details (photo, name, phone, plate) 24 h before pickup.

What do you accept?+

Online: Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal. In the car: EC-card, cash in euro. On request: 30% deposit + balance on site.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?+

Yes, emailed after the ride. EU-compliant VAT, suitable for expense claims. Monthly consolidated invoice for corporate clients.

Is there an early-bird discount?+

Ski season: 5% on bookings until 30 September. Round-trip: 10% across both legs. Regulars: 8% from 10 transfers/year.

Are tolls, vignette and parking included?+

In flat rates: yes. In hourly bookings: up to €30/day included, beyond that separate.

Are child seats included?+

Yes, Cybex Sirona Plus (ISOFIX, ECE R44/04 + R129 i-Size). Please note age and weight at booking.

Wi-Fi en route?+

100 Mbps in all vehicles, separate from chauffeur phone. Video calls fine.

How much waiting time is free?+

Airport arrival: 90 min after landing. Train station: 60 min after arrival. City pickup: 15 min. Beyond that €0.40–0.50/min.

Are tips included?+

Not included. 5–10% is customary in Austria for excellent service, settled by card or cash in the car.

Are dogs allowed?+

Small dogs in a carrier free, large breeds €15 cleaning. Assistance dogs always free.

Are allergen-free vehicles available?+

Yes, three vehicles in the fleet are kept pet-free. Note "allergy" at booking.

Are wheelchair users welcome?+

Of course. We have a Mercedes V-Class with ramp and securing system. Please give 48 h notice.
