Airport Transfer from Salzburg to Leogang
Door to door from Salzburg Airport (SZG) to the Skicircus and Bikepark Leogang: around 90 km, about 1 h 10, year-round and in both directions.
Your Private Transfer Between Salzburg and Leogang
Leogang sits in the upper Salzburg Pinzgau, tucked between the Leogang Steinberge and the Asitz mountain, and is one of the rare Alpine destinations that delivers world-class experiences in both winter and summer. In winter you are part of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas. In summer, mountain bikers from across the globe make the pilgrimage to the world-famous Bikepark Leogang, regular host of the UCI Downhill World Cup. That is exactly why we drive this route all year round, in both directions, to and from Salzburg Airport (SZG).
The approach from Salzburg Airport is pleasantly direct: from the terminal you head south on the A10 Tauern motorway, continue along the B311 through the Saalach valley and finally climb the B164 up towards Saalfelden and Leogang. We cover the roughly 90 kilometres in about one hour and ten minutes under clear conditions. From the first metre to the last you travel in an immaculate upper-class vehicle, with no transfers, no waiting for other passengers and none of the stress of public connections.
Salzburg Airport (SZG) is the nearest international airport for Leogang and therefore your natural starting point. If you arrive via Munich, Vienna or Innsbruck we will of course collect you there too, but for the vast majority of guests Salzburg is the fastest and most comfortable gateway into the Pinzgau. We track your flight live: if your aircraft lands early or late we adjust the pick-up automatically, at no extra cost and without you having to call.
We are equally your reliable partner for the journey home. From your chalet, hotel or apartment in Leogang we bring you to your departure in Salzburg precisely on time. We plan the departure so you can check in calmly, with a comfortable buffer for traffic and weather. On winter Saturdays in particular, when the Skicircus is busy, we know the critical bottlenecks in the Saalach valley and plan generously around them.
Whether it is ski equipment, a bike case, child seats or a business trip with a tight connection, we tailor every ride to your needs. The price is a fixed flat rate per vehicle, which you receive in advance via our calculator or inquiry form, including tolls, vignette and all incidental costs. No hidden surcharges, no meter, no surprises on arrival.

What We Have Learned From Hundreds of Leogang Drives
Stefan Reiter
Stefan Reiter, Senior Chauffeur and Pinzgau Route Specialist
I have been driving the Salzburg to Leogang route for many years and know it in every kind of weather. In deep winter the critical stretch is not Leogang itself but the B311 and the climb up to Saalfelden, where snowfall and lorry traffic can stretch the journey time. That is why on snowy days I build in a generous buffer and prefer to set off ten minutes earlier for departures. We would rather wait together at the gate than have you miss your flight.
In summer the route has an entirely different character. Then the guests are mountain bikers with downhill machines and bulky bike cases that do not fit in every vehicle. If you are bringing two or three bikes, tell us when you inquire and I will send the right van with ample storage from the outset. That way your gear travels safely and cleanly, and you arrive at the Asitz relaxed and ready for your first run.
A tip from experience: give us your exact accommodation when booking, because Leogang stretches a long way along the valley floor, from huts near the Asitz to chalets towards Hirnreit. With the precise address I can truly bring you door to door, with no searching in the dark after a long flight. It is exactly these last metres that mark the difference between mere transport and a genuine premium service.
