For the day to flow effortlessly you need more than a beautiful car. You need a thoughtful choreography in which every vehicle is in the right place at the right minute. That has been our craft as a private chauffeur company in Mozart's city for years.
At the heart of it is the bridal car. For the journey from preparations to the ceremony and on to the reception we provide a Mercedes S-Class or, when the gown needs room to breathe, a spacious V-Class. Both are immaculately kept, air-conditioned and, on request, discreetly decorated: ribbons across the bonnet, a band matched to your colours, a cool drink on warm summer days. Decoration is applied with restraint, never gaudy, always in the style of your wedding.
In parallel we look after your guests. Multiple vehicles are coordinated so that family and friends travel together from the hotel to the ceremony and safely back to their accommodation in the evening. Nobody hunts for parking in central Salzburg, nobody stands in the rain. When international guests arrive, we collect them directly at Salzburg Airport (SZG). For guests crossing from overseas through the major hubs, we arrange transfers from Munich (MUC) and Vienna (VIE) right to their hotel door.
We know the quirks of Salzburg's wedding venues first-hand. We know where a chauffeur may stop at Schloss Leopoldskron without intruding on the photographs, how tightly the access to the Mirabell gardens is timed, and when the crowds in the Getreidegasse slow the approach to the registry office. In more than fifteen years behind the wheel I have learned that a wedding transfer begins with the clock, not the car. A ceremony in Hellbrunn, photos at the Leopoldskron lake and a celebration in the Stiegl-Keller all have to fit together. I plan every leg with a buffer, because on a Saturday in June the drive through the old town can slip by ten minutes, and ten missing minutes never sit well with a bride.
The finest part of my work is the part you never see. When a couple steps into the S-Class after the ceremony and never has to think about parking, delays or the uncle from Hamburg who has just landed in Salzburg, then I have done my job. We collect that uncle, name sign in the arrivals hall, and bring him to the church on time. Nobody notices how much coordination sits behind it, and that is precisely the point.
My advice to every couple: tell us about your day early. The more I know about the schedule, the gown and how your guests are arriving, the calmer everything becomes. Salzburg is a small city with grand moments, and the loveliest of them need someone quietly holding the threads in the background. I am glad to be that person, on your most important day.

For peak-season weddings from May to September we recommend enquiring six to twelve months ahead, as popular dates fill quickly. We are happy to check later requests subject to availability. The earlier we know your schedule, the more precisely we can plan the choreography of bridal car and guest shuttles.
Which vehicle works best as a bridal car?+
The Mercedes S-Class is the classic choice for an elegant bridal car. If the gown has plenty of volume or you wish to travel as a group, the spacious V-Class is ideal thanks to its higher, wider entry. We are glad to advise which vehicle suits your dress and schedule.
Can you collect our international guests from the airport?+
Yes. We collect guests directly at Salzburg Airport (SZG) and, on request, also arrange transfers from Munich (MUC) and Vienna (VIE), the nearest larger international hubs. Our chauffeur waits with a name sign in the arrivals hall and escorts guests and their luggage to the car.
What happens if a guest's flight is delayed?+
We track every arriving flight live and adjust the pickup time automatically. There is no extra charge for ordinary delays; our chauffeur is there when the guest reaches the hall. That way you need not worry about your guests' arrival on the wedding day.
Are child seats and infant carriers available?+
Of course. We provide suitable infant carriers and child seats free of charge and fit them properly before the journey. Please tell us the ages and number of children when you enquire so everything is ready.
What about winter weddings, for instance with a mountain road?+
Our vehicles run on winter tyres in the cold season, and we carry snow chains for routes to higher altitudes. Our chauffeurs are experienced with wintry Salzburg roads, so your wedding stays calm and safe even in snow.
How does payment work, and is there a fixed price?+
Every wedding receives an individual quote with fixed terms covering all journeys, tolls, vignette and parking fees. There are no hidden surcharges. Payment is convenient by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal, with a deposit to reserve and the balance before the day.
Can we cancel or change the transfer?+
Yes, schedule adjustments are possible until shortly before the date, and we accommodate last-minute changes to guest numbers or timings flexibly. We set out the exact cancellation terms transparently in the quote so you have full peace of mind.
